Matt Dowling
Proprietor
Matt has been a Mortgage Adviser for almost 30 years, although you will regularly hear him joke that he was 10 years old when he started (he was actually 21). He is a fully qualified Financial Adviser with full CeMAP accreditation, although these days concentrates on his specialist area of Mortgage Brokerage. He is an expert in specialist lending and has many portfolio clients with extensive Buy to Let properties that he services at regular intervals.
Outside of his busy schedule, you may find Matt aimlessly hitting golf balls around a course or standing (generally sitting these days) at his beloved Manchester City enjoying his brief success in the sunshine and talking about the good old days of football. He is a keen Rugby Union, cricket fan and pretty much any sport his very supportive wife will allow him to watch!
Jackie Shinners
Administrator
Jackie is our Office Manager and Mortgage Administrator and has been with us since 2014, Jackie is the person who looks after our very busy admin office and staff, she also chases the lenders and solicitors at each stage of your application and will update all our clients with the progress on their application, on the rare occasion there may be an issue, she will ensure this is dealt with swiftly and efficiently to ensure everything gets back on track for our clients and for us. Jackie works tirelessly to keep you as the client informed on the status of your application and will speak to everybody required to push your mortgage application through to completion as quickly as possible.
Rebecca Arnold
Administrator
Rebecca has recently joined our admin team. She joins us armed with a Law Degree and a strong admin background and is quickly becoming an asset within our team. Rebecca has quickly got up to speed with our business and is helping our clients mortgage process to run smoothly. In her spare time she enjoys painting, growing her own fruit and veg and eating out.
